The Times New Roman font at 12 point size, single spacing and a page margin of 25 mm along the sides and 30 mm at the top and bottom, with full justification, should be used on A4 size paper. Figures and tables should form an integral part of the article and should be numbered consecutively in Arabic numerals. Shading of figures and tables should be avoided. Do not page your paper.
Indicate two possible tracks for your article, as these will be used for classification. The article should not be more than10 pages. Papers above 10 pages will attract extra charges.

Keywords: List no more than five keywords covered in your paper. These keywords will also be used by the publisher to produce a keyword index.An abstract in English, readily understandable by a wide audience of non experts and no more than 250 words should appear here.
